The rhythm of the territory
Listening to time, interpreting what changes
Siridia was born in Negrar di Valpolicella, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, where we grow the grapes that give life to our wines. Every vintage brings different conditions and requires precise choices.
For us, the territory is not a fixed model to reproduce, but a reality to observe, understand and interpret. It is from the balance between territory, technical precision and the ability to read each vintage that the Siridia style takes shape: recognisable wines, connected to their origin and capable of expressing a contemporary vision.
Harvest does not mark the end of the journey: it is the moment when what we have observed in the vineyard enters the cellar and begins to transform.
A winery that evolves with us
Our winery was created from the transformation of a former marble-processing facility, located just a few kilometres from our vineyards. We chose to recover an existing space and allow it to evolve together with Siridia, gradually adapting it to production, research and hospitality. Here too, we follow the same principle that guides our wines: starting from what already exists, understanding its potential and giving it a new form with a clear direction.
Today, our winery is at once a production site, a place of research and a meeting point for those who want to discover Siridia up close.
Valpolicella according to Siridia
Our roots are in Valpolicella Classica: a territory with a strong identity that we choose to interpret through our own perspective. This is where our traditional wines, our more contemporary productions and our limited- edition projects are born: different expressions, united by the same method.
Observe, choose with precision and give each wine the time it needs to find its own form. We follow the rhythm of the territory to transform it, year after year, into a recognisable expression of Siridia.
