Siridia’s production follows a clear direction: interpreting Valpolicella through recognisable, contemporary wines deeply connected to our philosophy. In this section, you can explore the different expressions of the winery: the wines of Valpolicella Classica, which tell the story of our most direct connection with the territory; the Wines of Thought, born from production intuitions and expressive research; Edoardo’s Elements, limited-edition projects dedicated to the four elements; and the creations that take our vision beyond wine, such as Siridia Vermouth Rosso and Amaro. Alongside wine, we also produce our own extra virgin olive oil, obtained from the 250 olive trees we cultivate among our vineyards: a small production that reveals another side of our territory.
