The concept behind the wine

Terra represents matter, gravity, and the return to the origin. It is the element that welcomes, preserves, and gives shape.
With this wine, we wanted to explore the deepest and most rooted side of Valpolicella, starting from a wine made from Amarone dried grapes and guiding it toward a new dimension.

Inspired by great fortified wines, Terra expresses a deep and sweet aromatic complexity, where time becomes an integral part of the wine’s identity.

It is a wine that invites you to slow down, to listen, and to reconnect with something more essential.

Produced in only 468 bottles as a Limited Edition.

Tasting notes

Deep red with garnet reflections.
On the nose, it reveals notes of ripe red fruit and jam, enriched by spices, cocoa, and light balsamic nuances.
Enveloping and persistent, with a balanced sweetness and an important structure, it accompanies the tasting with depth and continuity.

Winemaking technique

Terra is born from an Amarone base wine made from dried grapes (2021 vintage). The alcoholic fermentation is stopped at around three quarters of the process, preserving part of the wine’s natural sweetness.

The wine is then transferred into sigarillos, small 100-liter barrels, where it begins an evolutionary journey inspired by the solera method: each year, must from the new Amarone in fermentation is added, contributing to greater structure and complexity.

In 2025, the wine is finally fortified until reaching 20% alcohol by volume, completing a process that combines concentration, aromatic layering, and depth.
