The concept behind the wine
Aria is a Bianco Veneto IGT created to challenge time.
After an initial journey through wood and amphora, a selection of bottles is immersed in the sea for one year, at controlled depth, where unique conditions of pressure, darkness, and constant movement guide its evolution.
This version reveals the most rarefied and surprising side of the wine: a different, more complex expression that unfolds slowly over time.
Tasting notes
Aria, in its sea-aged version, stands out for an even more subtle and elegant bouquet, where the spicy notes of saffron become lighter and intertwine with delicate citrus hints and a gentle saline nuance.
On the palate, it evolves towards greater verticality: the alcohol integrates naturally, leaving room for a more vibrant freshness and a pronounced salinity that extends the finish, making it dynamic and precise.
A wine that transforms, preserving its identity while revealing a more essential and profound side, for an even more surprising tasting experience.
Winemaking technique
After a short drying period of approximately 20 days, the selected grapes undergo skin-contact maceration in the press, a step that allows the full aromatic richness and complexity of the skins to be captured.
Fermentation takes place in wood, where the wine gains structure and delicate toasted nuances. This is followed by one month of aging in amphora, contributing to balance and freshness.
Finally, a selection of 32 bottles is immersed in the sea for 12 months: here, in darkness, under pressure and constant movement, the wine evolves slowly, developing a new expression—more subtle, sapid, and dynamic.
