The Idea Behind These Wines and Their Story

“I have never considered myself an eccentric type, and those who know me are well aware that I have always preferred simplicity.

With ‘Gli Elementi di Edoardo’ I wanted to express my deep connection with nature by creating a line of exclusive wines inspired by the four fundamental elements of our planet.

Each wine is crafted to offer a unique sensory experience and novel flavor journeys.”

As Edoardo often mentions, we all know and interact daily with these four elements – Air, Fire, Water, and Earth – which lie at the center of our existence.

The Four Elements and Their Wines

Air

The element Air, light and intangible, is transformed into a white wine that evolves magnificently over time. “Air” is a fresh and refined wine, capable of surprising with its complexity and delicacy. It is perfect for those who love innovative tasting experiences. Air is produced in only 1,402 bottles.

Fire

Fire, a fascinating and overwhelming element, inspires an intense red wine. Made from a selected corvina grape and enriched with a unique smoking technique, “Fire” conveys all the passion and power of this element, offering an experience that warms both the heart and the palate. Fire is produced in only 500 bottles.

Water

Water, a source of life and regeneration, is reflected in a selection of wines designed to withstand the marine depths and aged underwater for an extended period. Among these, a white wine and a corvina have been chosen for their ability to enhance the freshness and vitality of this element, elevating the taste to new heights. Water is produced in only 150 bottles.

Earth

The wine “Earth” represents the element that sustains us, the generous mother from which mountains and traditions are born. This red wine, robust yet delicate, has been enhanced to go beyond traditional techniques, offering a meditative and profound experience in perfect balance with the character of the soil. Earth is produced in only 400 bottles.
