From April 12th to 15th, we will be attending Vinitaly 2026, the leading international wine trade fair, held in the heart of our territory: Verona.

An important moment for us, where we can share the Siridia journey with those who truly experience, seek, and choose wine.

We will be presenting the full Cycle of Siridio, the core of our production:

• Valpolicella Classico – Inspiration
• Valpolicella Classico Superiore – Action
• Amarone della Valpolicella – Realisation
• Recioto della Valpolicella – Return Home

A journey that tells wine as a path shaped by choices, patience, and direction.

The new releases: Fuoco and Terra

Vinitaly will also be the occasion to introduce two special projects from “Gli Elementi di Edoardo”:

• Fuoco
  Corvina from slightly smoked dried grapes.
  A wine born from a spark, evolving into depth, energy, and intensity.
• Terra
  A fortified wine based on Amarone, crafted using a method inspired by Port.
  Structured, enveloping, with a strong identity.

Two interpretations that move beyond tradition to explore new possibilities.

The Elements Line: full tasting experience

For the first time, it will be possible to taste the entire “Gli Elementi di Edoardo” line at the fair.

Alongside Fuoco and Terra, you will also discover:

• Aria, our white wine made from slightly dried grapes, designed to combine lightness and depth
• Acqua, in its most unique expression: the Astris version aged underwater, where pressure, currents, and the absence of oxygen create an unconventional evolution

A rare opportunity to explore the most experimental side of Siridia:
wines born from ideas, intuition, and unconventional choices.

Amaro and Vermouth: another expression of Valpolicella

Alongside our wines, we will also present two products that express the territory in a different way:

• Amaro Siridia
  Distilled from dried Amarone grapes, with over 20 botanicals.
• Vermouth Rosso Siridia
  Made from red wine obtained from dried grapes, a rare choice that brings structure and depth.
